The Surfside Group (TSG) creates custom growth strategies that help our Clients to meet their business development objectives. We accomplish this by recommending and implementing "fundamentals-based" and “time-tested” solutions for generating new prospect leads, selling more, marketing better, making the sales/marketing function better organized and more. Each solution we develop is different from the previous one and the next one, in the sense that each company we work with is unique. Members of our team are able to work directly with your company on a) a time & materials billable hourly basis b) a fixed-price project basis, or c) a more custom, pre-agreed contractual arrangement as meets your particular needs. Below are descriptions of the three most typical scenarios for consulting engagements with TSG: Analysis & Recommendations - This arrangement is well suited for a smaller company wishing to make improvements in the areas of sales, marketing and associated technology, and working with a limited budget. At the conclusion of a series of interviews and meetings, and with research and homework produced by both the TSG Consultant and key Client personnel, a set of recommendations is produced for implementation by the Client. This scenario is usually a one-time engagement. Typical Hours Billed = 8 to 40 Hourly Rate = $200 Collaborative Effort - For companies that want TSG to participate fully with the implementation of their set of custom recommendations and to have ongoing involvement in developing a strategy over time, we suggest a more collaborative approach. In this scenario, the TSG Consultant and key Client personnel work as a team, with each party contributing and producing for the duration of the engagement. This scenario is an ongoing relationship, with continued involvement by both parties. Typical Hours Billed = 40 to 100 Hourly Rate = $150 Large Projects - On larger projects, TSG is typically responsible for the majority of the work done and results produced. These engagements span multiple months, have multiple contributors, include strategy implementation and are overseen by a TSG Managing Consultant reporting to the Client’s Executive Management. This scenario is an ongoing relationship. Offerings this size often require other sub-contractors.
